ACCESSING OUR SITE
Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of our site, or our entire site, to users who have registered with us.
When using our site, you must comply with the provisions of our acceptable use policy.

Contracts for the supply of goods formed through our site or as a result of visits made by you are governed by our terms and conditions of supply.

By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our site will cease immediately.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our site or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.
Here at Sales Extraordinaire Ltd. we pride ourselves on excellent customer service. We know that you don't want to wait days for your order to arrive. That's why we send every order within the UK Mainland by Fed Ex or Royal Mail Special delivery. Which means that, all being well, you should receive your parcel the following working day after it has been despatched or within 5 days.
What's more, any order that we receive before 3pm on a working day will be despatched on the same day!
However, although we promise to despatch your order quickly, it should be remembered that delivery is not guaranteed within this timescale and parcels can occasionally take longer to reach their destinations. Parcels sent to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, the Channel Islands, certain parts of Scotland, Europe and the rest of the world will usually take a little longer to arrive.
There are certain items that we are unable to post overseas and if this is the case with any part of your order we will contact you by email.
How will my parcel be sent UK mainland?
Please see below * for list of Postcodes which Our Couriers do not count as UK Mainland and therefore charge us extra.
Based upon the weight of your item(s) you will have two options for your postage either Standard Postage or Express Shipping postage.
Standard postage cost £50 / £250 dependent on the weight and size of your order and will be sent Royal Mail courier and should take 2 - 4 working days for delivery. Should the item not arrive within this time scale please contact your local sorting office to ensure that they are not holding the item for you. Please note that Royal Mail do not class an item missing until 15 working days has passed as they say it can still be delivered until this time. Replacements for undelivered orders won't be possible until after this time.
Standard Postage for multiple orders or large items will be sent using a courier and should take 3 - 5 business days for delivery.
Express Shipping postage £150 (on orders before 3pm) - items will be sent using an express courier (please note they do not deliver on a Saturday).

Postage cost £3.95 (smaller items) these will be sent Royal Mail Second Class and should take 3 - 4 working days for delivery. Should the item not arrive within this time scale please contact your local sorting office to ensure that they are not holding the item for you.
Postage cost £50/£500 or more item(s) will be sent using DHL or FedEx and should be with you within 2 - 3 working days.
How will my item(s) be sent to Republic of Ireland.
Price on quotation. We have managed to secure extremely good courier rates to the Republic and therefore all items will be sent using FedEx or DHL.
How will my item(s) be sent Western Europe?
Price on quotation. All items will be sent using DHL or Fed Ex so that all items are traceable.
Please note our shipping charges do not allow for any charges levied by Customs in the destination country, nor do we accept responsibility for paying such charges.
How will my item(s) be sent rest of the World?
Due to the fact that Royal Mail Air Mail is not tracked and can sometimes take up to 1 month for delivery, we have taken the decision to send all items to the rest of the world by Courier. This does mean extra cost but a much better and more efficient service and the Price will be on quotation.
Please note we have made every effort to make our shipping charges as accurate as possible, however occasionally the amount charged may be insufficient to cover the cost. If this is the case you will be given the opportunity to either pay the additional amount or alternatively we can cancel your order and issue a full refund.
How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
When your order has been dispatched you will receive an e-mail notification advising of this.
Help! I haven't received my parcel, what should I do?
Contact us - we will do anything we can to help. If an item sent by Royal Mail has not been received it can often be found at the local sorting office awaiting collection. If not, the Royal Mail has a specific procedure that we can follow in the event of a missing parcel.
If your order has been dispatched with Fed Ex or DHL then we can track and trace it using their online system.
For deliveries to Europe and the rest of the world, if your item is not collected and is returned to us then we will issue a refund minus the cost of postage to Sales Extraordinaire Ltd. If not received, these items will not be deemed to be missing until two weeks have passed.
STANDARD RETURNS POLICY
If you would like to exchange or return an item purchased from our website, please download and complete our exchange and returns form enclosing it with your order in its original condition, along with the original despatch note and packaging.
Refunds can be requested within 14 days of the date of despatch, and exchanges within 30 days from the date of despatch. If you choose to exchange your item outside of the 14-day refund policy, a refund will not be offered for the exchanged item unless the product is faulty.

2. If returning directly, we recommend insuring your parcel to protect your goods in transit.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of earrings or cleaning products if the tamper proof packaging has been opened. This is for hygiene reasons and doesn’t affect your statutory rights. We cannot accept items that have been engraved, personalised or altered.
Sales Extraordinaire Ltd will provide a full refund or exchange should you receive a faulty item or be unsatisfied with an item received on the following conditions:
If any items in your order prove to be faulty, please download a returns form and return the items to Sales Extraordinaire Ltd. with a copy of the delivery note. If you need any advice, please call the Sales Extraordinaire customer experience team.
Our promise to replace the item or refund your money does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
Certain exclusions apply see paragraph below. Please include your Order Number, Date of Despatch (found on your despatch note), the reason the product has been returned and indicate whether you would like to receive a refund (excluding your original delivery charge) or an exchange.
Except in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, where your statutory rights are unaffected, personalised goods made to a customer's specifications may not be returned. When your item is a special ordered large item, we do not keep stock of this item and we will raise an order through a supplier direct to you. In such cases you may not be able to return your goods if they are unwanted, however if you experience problems with your goods or order then please contact the Sales Extraordinaire customer experience team.
For further details on returning your purchase, please refer to the reverse of your delivery note.
Please Note: When processing your return, we may need to speak with you before we are able to complete the process. If we are unable to make contact with you within 14 days of receiving your item(s), we will return it to the delivery address linked to the order.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order with us at any time within 14 days of receiving your goods. In the event we are unable to deliver your order within our standard delivery timescales you are entitled to cancel your order with no penalty.
Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods, this will not include delivery charge if you have cancelled after your order has been dispatched. Any service not provided by us, such as a special delivery service will not be refunded. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods, which means the goods must be unused.

You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.
